In a joint initiative aimed at strengthening Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) enforcement and raising awareness, ALL IP CARE (New Delhi) in collaboration with the Kanpur Police successfully conducted a specialised workshop on "Role and Responsibilities of Police Personnel while Dealing with Intellectual Property Cases". The event was held on 12th July 2025 at the Commissionerate Office, Kanpur Nagar.


Focus of the Workshop

The primary objective of the workshop was to equip police officers with the legal knowledge, investigative tools, and practical approaches necessary to effectively handle IPR-related cases. The sessions covered key areas such as trademark violations, copyright infringement, counterfeiting, and brand protection.


Emphasis on Brand Security and Anti-Counterfeiting

Experts highlighted the growing need to safeguard brand identity and prevent the rise of duplicate and counterfeit products in the market.
